SuperTruBluAs the season has gone on, the way Jose Mourinho has sent the lads out almost every game is in the 4-3-2-1 formation. After seeing it work to picks up points ( a draw at Cardiff and Man United) it seams the Jose really favors this formation change to the 3-5-2 when Chelsea are trailing or in need of a late winner. The idea seams to be drawing out a player from the back 4 and subbing an attacking player in. This change of "on pitch" philosophy, creates more chaos and allows Chelsea players space to attack on teams that have, for lack of a better term "Parked The Bus". I Call it more of a Chaos formation in part because, when an opposing team buses up, this change can really bait them in to coming out and attacking. This attacking mentality plays right into Mourinho's plan by giving wingers like Hazard/Willian/Schurrle chances on the wings for open play and time to pick out a killer ball.

This leaves me with two questions about the above formation.

1.) As a club defending this late in game change...what would be the ideal way to snub it out? Is there a really full proof way?
2.) The above formation is how I would play Chelsea after the transfer window(hope for a new striker). What adjustments to the players on the pitch for the 3-5-2 would you make?

OnceABlueI don't see the special one doing this, unless he is very desperate for a result.
