The way to get attention is to write some explanation about your formation. You know, things like why you picked up a certain player in expense of the other, etc...At least I enjoy writing comments to those which invoke some thinking. Just my 2 pence, sorry for carrying this off topic.
Yes, this is a strong formation. If you have a back four you only need one defensive midfielder, so your formaltion looks pretty good.
