Can't tell how balanced it is. Depends how you play it. Are the wide men midfield attackers? They're too far forward for wing backs. How do the 3 at the back play? Is it 2 defenders and a sweeper? Formations mean very little without describing the system you'd play with it.
Well, The Two Sides On the Mid, Attacks to put 4 attacking players and defend to put five players defending.
Okay, I think I get what you're saying there. For me, I'd have the wide midfielders a little further back and push 2 of the central 3 further forward. Kind of like this:

It still allows the wider men to have the run of the touchline but doesn't put all the pressure of attacking or defending on them.
