this formation is 4-1-4-1.These players are so strong like Lampard in Chelsea.Also Gerrard in Liverpool and they are the best Free kick and shot power. The two wingers players are Joe Cole and Downing but i don't like David Beckham....
The center midfielder is carrick. He can go defense with 4 defenders that it will be more defense. 4 midfielders can go defense a very little bit like medium and they can go more attack so well like high attack and why can 4 midfielders attack so well like high attack?
Answer: to give a striker (rooney) or to get many goals :)
