Surprisingly similar to real life Barca. Put Pique instead of Milito and there you are.

It is already the real Barca. Just Pique for Milito,

and replace the positions of Iniesta and Xavi.

Also the real Barca play Puyol at left back and Marquez at CB because Dani likes to bomb forward so much, but thats optional.
