Xavi is a better player than Steven Gerrard.

The best I agree with but would offer Buffon and Lucio as alternates to Casillas and Ferdinand respectively.

Still waiting to see how Ferdinand does over a longer period. He's been out a lot of the season. I'd consider Evra, but that's just me. And, for his age, Samuel of Inter has been immense this year.

Replace Yaya with Cambiasso, Gerrard with Xavi, Clichy with Cole, Alves with Maicon, Ferdinand with Lucio, and Casillas with Cesar.
