This is what I believe will be the starting lineup against the US. Despite my hopes for Milner to start on the right side, Lennon gets the nod due to his recent form.
It's still a long way to US game but I seriously doubt Capello will start Defoe and Rooney together. He preferes a tall man up front.
Bent, Heskey or Crouch will pair up with Rooney and Defoe will sit on the bench.
Agreed. I'd like to see the Villa boys get in the first 11. Gabby & Milner are playing excellent right now.
Agbonlahor is in an unlucky situation. Rooney and Defoe are equally in form and they have a tad more experience under their belts. I don't see him playing unless Rooney and Defoe gets injured.
Milner has a better chance I suppose.
