great lineup except I'd take out Savori & put in Pedernera or Bochini. Surely Batistuta deserves a starting position with Kempes.
Was Di Stefano really good enough to deserve a place here? Yes, he was a phenomenal player and his strike rate is impressive, but I've heard it said he never played well in the blue and white shirt, and was lucky that his games for Argentina were against 'lesser' South American opponents.
On overall career performance, he would cane a place, but are we just considering the 6 games he played for Argentina?
