Rooney hasn't impressed anyone so far. On the other hand Defoe has been the liveliest of English so far. My bet is they would both start and Joe Cole will be introduced as a sub.
German midfield players are amazing going forward. I would have started with two defensive mids and drop Lampard for Carrick. But Capello will probably start with a set up similar to yours.
