Villa as a poacher, Ibra as his normal free SS role and Messi/Iniesta in wide cut in positions. Reverts to a 4-4-1-1 of sorts in defence with Iniesta putting more emphesis on defending then Messi.
Requiers good movement and understanding between the front 4.
I doubt Villa will play a poacher role, he will be more like Eto'o: mobile, roaming freely and punishing the opponent when they give away space.
Ibra's case is an interesting one. He clearly didn't fit in Barcelona. He will either change his playing style or be off loaded to one of the nouveau riche clubs at the end of this season.
Thats kinda what a poacher is, Villa is very much like Etoo was; a mobile poacher.
Ibra is not a natutal CF, but rather a SS with a free role, a position hes probably the best in the world at. Strangling his freedom in a lone CF formation never made sense to me and with a simular formation you could get the best out of him.
I always thought a goalpoacher is someone who sits in the box, and tapa in whatever comes his way. More like Inzaghi or Ruud van Nistelrooy.
