I don't think so. United are miles better in defence, have a better midfield.
My yard stick about rich owners and winning is Blackburn Rovers. It took them 3 years to win the premiership. It will take longer than that for City as there are other teams with rich owners too.
Squadwise City are catching up. United did not really invest in their squad, their hope is in up and coming players.
I guess the real difference is at the helm. Alex Ferguson knows the tricks of the trade inside out. Mancini on the other hand is still a big question mark for me.
