ZolaRooney is not really in his top form now, is he? Bent deserves a start ahead of him. Shame Defoe is out injured.

And as a Chelsea fan I'd rather prefer Lampard retired from international football. He's not getting any younger and he can extend his club career a copule of years by this way.

gazlfcforeverBent can't play that role, you need an second striker. Lampard and Gerrard struggled in the England team together but this sort of system could work for them. Rooney is off form at the moment but he's the best striker we have
