Suarez would be given a free role in that area rather than playing centrally or wide. The formation basically works to accommodate him by playing the best 9 out field players if Liverpool played with ten men.
Kuyt gets dropped for this as a back up striker or a more attacking RW player to go 4-4-1-1 when chasing a game.
It's odd I vaguely remember looking it up (probably on a forum) but that's still about 1% of the entire text so i'll take that margin of error.
It's easy to want Kuyt in the team now :P
I think it's more Kuyt for Skrtel/Agger and play Kuyt, Suarez, Gerrard and Meireles playing in their fluid formation that are at the moment.
