klopkklklopnvr, you're about Balotelli has some very uneaven performances but still, no matter how little I like him, he still shows his great talent once in a while and I think he does have a higher level than Bojan for instance.

Dio, I've never seen Neymar, Lucas or Casemiro play so I can't judge them 100 % correctly. So it might be they belong on the team but I wouldn't put any players on the team I hadn't seen play myself.
And also, I haven't judged these players by their potential level but by there current level and the ones you mention all are very young so it might be they have a greater potential but that doesn't mean they are better now.

deg0eyGotta agree with Dio here - I think Neymar would walk into the starting lineup of pretty much any team already (with obvious exceptions of teams like Barca)
