That is what I imagine the starting line up to be. You have a typical back four, Smalling and Jones will have been a first choice defensive pairing for 5 or 6 years at United by then and Richards and Bertrand should both be playing plenty of Premier League and Champions League football. Rodwell will be deployed as a deep lying playmaker and with Wilshire controlling the middle of the pitch. Their presence will allow McEachran to perform as a number 10 with no defensive responsibilities. Couldn't think of anyone else for left wing but I know Chamberlain can play either side and Henderson could be good by then although if I had someone good for the left side I'd probably go with Chamberlain on the right.. Sturridge is already a proven talent but I could have easily gone with Carrol or Welbeck. Who would you change? Interestingly I've chosen mostly from the bigger teams with only Rodwell from outside of last season's top 6. With two players from United, two players from City, three players from Chelsea, one player from Liverpool, two players from Arsenal and one from Everton.
Why predict something in 6 years to come there could be brand new talents out their who we have never heard of.
