With Spearings injury and the one goal advantage, I could see Kenny springing with the 5 man backline similar to the one we played last season away to Chelsea. It would put Bellamy up top with Carroll to use Bellers speed on the counter and Carroll to flick on to Gerrard or Bellamy as well as offer a set piece threat. The width would come from Johnson and Enrique who both attack well. This would take away some of the defensive duties of Adam who lets face it, can't tackle a lick.
Did they ever play with a 5-3-2? I doubt they'll have their first try against city. He'd probably use the extra man as a defensive mid.
