julian3129Here I demonstrate the situation on the left, but it should be the same for the case on the right.

CBs: You have have lots of short options -
1) The most straight forward is your full backs, try to play the ball as quick as possible to avoid unecessary pressure.
2) Then you have the DM and CM for a short pass. They should be ready in your passing distance so do not hesitate even they have markers as they should have the ability to control the ball under pressure. Just put through a firm and direct pass to their feet (However, beaware your pass being intercept by player 10 above). Two long options will be a long direct through ball to the forward to run onto it and a high ball to target man in order to quickly move the ball up the field. Finally, NEVER forget your option at the back which is a simple back pass to the keeper should you not be able to find any options.
THE KEY here is that DO IT QUICK. Since you have so many options you should always choose one quickly especially when the back pass option should always be available.
(note the other centre back should move inwards SLIGHTY to provide an option for subsequent passes)

Full backs:
Stay wide to receive the ball and provide a forward run in times to ask for a through ball as well as drag your marker away from the centre backs. The other full back (RB in this case) should provide a reasonable width and ready to receive a long ball if necessary

Keeper:
remember to move to the edge of the 6yard box as shown above in order to recieve a short pass back and redistribute the ball to the other flank if necessary.

Centre Midfield:
As illustrate above, provide a short pass option if the ball is on your side otherwise stay in good position to recieve a second pass as oppose to crowding towards the same position. (eg AM and RCM in the case above should stay in the positions illustrated, and ready to ask for the ball once LCM or DM get the ball)

Forward and Striker:
Forward should move to the side and ask for a long through ball to run onto while target man should stay in the middle and provide a high ball Target.
