This will be a tough one for Dortmund. Bayern Munich's fluid system and intelligent defending will allow them to cut out Dortmund's counter attacks as Ribery and Robben drop deep when defending to help regain possession.
Once possession has been regained and is rotated between the back 4, the whole team moves forward into a 4-2-3-1, to give the fullbacks space to overlap and allow the ball to be passed around in the opponents' half. Eventually this forms into a 4-2-4, or even 2-4-4, as the four wide players overlap and Muller gets into the box to get on the end of crosses.

Dortmund will have to be 100% mentally and physically for this match. They've done well against Bayern in the Bundesliga over the last two seasons, but they struggled defensively against Real Madrid in the 2nd leg of the Semi's, who are possibly the only team in Europe with similar attributes and style of play to Bayern. Their power, pace, technique and determination can end Dortmund's Champions League dream.
