FeriAtsIs Alonso deal finalised? I still can't see Arsene paying so much for a player of his age.

nvrIf Liverpool can land Barry and lower their asking price for Alonso, this might happen. But I don't see Liverpool lowering their asking price when selling to an opponent.

vespothe alonso deal won't happen. too highly priced and too old for wenger. much more likely to see nasri in the middle with cesc, or nasri on the left with rosicky in the middle with cesc.

FeriAtsI wonder whether Nasri has the defensive quality. We know he is OK with the ball but I doubt he has the tackling ability to cope with other premiership side's midfields.

nvrSong can play in that position. Actually we'd be better off if he played. He's talented and got enough experience under his belt now. Why splash the cash?
