Robert O'CarlosThe thing about a midfield diamond is designed to support the strikers through the middle and the 4 players involved never stray too far from each other. It allows the opposition to have the wings in return for having a stronger spine to your team. Usually you'd play it with defenders who are strong in the air because you'd face more crosses.
Here you seem to have the wide players out on the touchline. Don't know if that's intentional but you can plainly see the areas where an opposition would try and play through you here.
