Mancini isn't good enough defensively and would be wasted on one wing of a midfield diamond. Not sure Inter have the players for this formation.

Agent_LewisI hadn't realized Maxwell and Muntari were like me - but then again, left handed people tend to do some things backwards at one point or another. Oh well, back to the drawing board.

Robert O'CarlosNo need, m8. Swap Maicon (right sided) and Maxwell (left sided) and get your wide midfielders to sit in a bit. I always like to see a left footer playing on the right coming infield and vice versa. As long as Maicon and Maxwell were on their own sides, it would encourage them to overlap with the midfield playing narrower. Stankovic, Zanetti and Muntari for me in midfield. And I'd go for Mancini (left), Ibrahimovic (centre) and Quaresma (right) as a front 3.

For arguments sake, if it did happen it would be at the expense of Quaresma for me.
