For me, Friedel is one of the best keepers around. At the back, I'd go with a flat back 4 with not much movement from the full backs. In midfield, 3 players who can get tackles in and distribute the ball well. Barry and Sidwell aren't shy about having a go from distance either. Up front, Agbonlahor and Ashley Young pick themselves and I've gone with Carew for his aerial threat which Arsenal can struggle against.

It's a system obviously designed to be played around Agbonlahor and Ashley Young. Possibly a bit too defensive, but I would be conscious about not losing to Arsenal and losing ground.
