Looks like the system would be to invite teams onto you and look to break with a counter attack. So I'd hope Manoj and Ajit are good on the ball, can dribble and are quick, and you're midfield is full of movement with some excellent passers. Shiv and Manish shouldn't be looking to defend too much but staying wide and forward.
