Robert O'CarlosI'm watching the Milan derby as I reply here, so assuming they might look something similar for the United match (although Jose knows United and would probably have some trick up his sleeve).
There doesn't seem much threat from Inter's left so I'd consider Rafael ahead of Neville. For me, I'd think about Fletcher, Carrick and Giggs in the middle, assuming Inter would go with Zanetti, Cambiasso and Muntari. Ronaldo on the left to occupy Maicon. Wouldn't be too worried about Inter's left back so I'd have Rooney and either Berbatov or Tevez trying to run around the centre backs.
Assuming Inter would employ a 4-3(flat)-1-2 formation, my effort would be a 4-3-3 with both full backs looking to push forward. Vidic would be the most likely to be looking at Ibrahimovic so would have to be on his game.

kirbyWell, you know its pretty hard you know between ManU and InterM. Mourinho has old good players and SAF has young good players. that's Equalls, i mean im not saying that manU will win i dont know. And im not trying to let InterM fans down:-) and um these both teams are showing great performance and basicly the winning thing well be up to the performance.
