richardlundie* Neal or Richard Sweep when the other centre back attacks the ball in the air or contests the ball into the main strikers feet (in case they get turned or beaten to the flick on)

* Lefty & Chris defend narrower than usual to cover the 3 attackers of Josephians

* Tom & Martin run the channels and need to keep an eye on the breaking midfielders of Josephians

* Deji & Mark are marshalling the back 4, if one breaks then the other MUST sit and perhaps one winger stays defensive.

* Foxy has to do a LOT of running to pressure them into going long.

* Tony needs to stay on the last man as much as possible so we have an out ball all the time.
