Ole GunnerWalcott gets the nod because his pace is guaranteed to trouble Barcelona winger and stand-in left back, Maxwell.
Eboue gets the nod because of his running, dribbling and crossing which actually makes him one of the Arsenal players well-suited to a game against Barcelona.
Gallas comes right back into the side because Sol Campbell might not be able to handle 2 matches in 5 days.
If Cesc is not fit enough to play, then Nasri would occupy the Cesc position as the most advanced midfielder.
Diaby will be detailed to help Clichy with Messi and Dani Alvez, with the hope that Arshavin would also feel persuaded to put in his own share of defensive work on that flank.
Bendtner's tendency to drop into the zone, about 35 yards from the opposition goal, will allow Arshavin, Cesc/Nasri and Walcott to run behind the Barca defence. Diaby will have to pass or dribble very well.

FeriAtsI am afraid you are underestimating Maxwell and overestimating Walcott. Walcott has gone backwards in his development this year and unforunately does not look like a geniune threat in the attack.
I would play Nasri in Theo's place and if Fabregas cannot start I would have Eboue in midfield and Sagna on right back. Granted Eboue is no where as thecnical as Cesc but at least he can increase the resistance in midfield.
