kaifenWhen the LW has the ball he has alot of options on the ball.
He can pass back to the LB, then make a run in behind for a possible return pass or stay for preload pass.

He can pass to the LF who can preload it back to the LW so he can managed to egt inbehind the FB getting free and being able to cross.

He can pass to the LCM who can help make triangle passes with the LW, LB or LW, LF.

He can pass the ball to the RCM who then can switch the ball to the other flank making the opp's disjointed allowing for a cross from the other flank.

Lastly he can try to beat the opp FB and cross the ball into the box for strikers to header.
