amarh7I think this formation could do wonders for Liverpool against Manchester United. The back three are always strong, especially in these types of games. Johnson is experienced i the right wing-back position as we always see him pushing up and coming back. Fabio Aurelio has impressed against Man. Utd. in the past and this position suits him well in my opinion as he also loves to push up and his crosses are brilliant. Lucas and Gerrard hold the midfield very well. Meireles would act as an attacking midfielder as he has in the last 6 games in which he has scored 5 goals under King Kenny, and provide support for Suarez and Carroll who could be deadly together up front.

but other than that i agree on the rest of the team replace cole for gerrard and kuyt for carroll and that should be the team for today
