This formation allows Van Persie to play the Trequartista and allow Gervinho and Walcott to rush in from wide to feed on balls provided by Van Persie through the defensive lines.
The Formation accommodates Arsenal's current midfield trio, replacing Fabregas with who is widely considered his natural successor, Aaron Ramsey, and will consist of much the same midfield play patterns.

MidgeManGibbs for Jenkinson. Jenkison is good (I'm a Charlton fan, I should know), but inexperianced and not good enough for the Prem. Gibbs is a bit more experianced I think.
