maybesI think that maybe this team could chalenge for the title, i would also like to maybe get Goatze as Cesc replacemente instead of Marvin or Dzagoev. I believe that the many times "stupid Wenger" might sign these players. I hate Chamack, think is way too weak for Arsenal and would like to see a more suitable striker in the bench, i hope that Joel might me worth something in our title chalenge and a more proven substitute for Song too.

nvrWe looked pretty toothless yesterday. I am not sure any signing at this stage of the transfer window would be able to change things for the better. Our best bet is a tactical change. A return to a more traditional 4-4-2 might work.

mojojojo101I actually think Arsenal would benefit from a strong, defensive midfielder capable of dropping in to the defence.
This would allow Ramsey and Wilshire more of a free role to roam in midfield to create as well as allowing Sagna and Gibbs to push much higher up the pitch and offer more width. As a consequence allowing Walcott and Gervinho further inside, nearer to van Persie to offer more of a direct goal threat.

nvrI disagree, respectfully. What we need is at least one striker who can score at least 20 a season in the premier league. I know this is a classic but all the players we have are useful at getting the ball in and around opponents box. Once the ball is there, nothing happens.
It's no wonder that when Henry banged 25+ per season we were at out best and could truly challenge the titile.

In reality, there's an actual position to replace, that is Fabregas/Nasri central creator role. But Ramsey can fit this role.
However, what is the major problem of the team is the lack of "goal-hunger", someone who wants to make goals, and just that. V. Persie is a great player, but not a gol threat!
A strong holder is also necessary, but not as necessary as goal poacher!
