jvn715Start to phase vets such as Cherundolo in favor of Lichaj or others just not Castillo. I like Orozco. Jones, Donovan, and Bocanegra are the three vets chosen because they love to win the ball and are very capable of moving forward. Torres' precision and Jones' aggression should work and have Bradley as #10 moving up to hold the ball and distribute. Just for fun, lets really see how Jozy can attack 1 v. 1 on wing. He is not a bad passer, usually maintains possession, and he is a better wing than the downward looking Robbie Rogers (he should be central striker?). Dempsey, and even dribbling abilities of Juan Agudelo are better suited than Old Man Altidore. Just for laughs maybe Jozy might look comfortable with USA shirt.
Shea needs to move around just like Klinsmann put Bradley up high vs. Mexico. Can Shea keep defenders on heels, make one move, and strike on goal from the central forward to be world class? Top aggressive and athletic wingers can make that transition. All while Donovan wins wing possession for Torres hold the ball up for his teammates' runs.
USA development depends having a sound defense and the offensive talent to have Dempsey come in as a exceptionally crafty sub. And I strongly feel, Jozy must get playing time- maybe he would be a CB instead CF for other top countries?
