Other possible outgoings: Djourou (4m) and Diaby (3m) = 7 Million (38m total)
Total = -20 Million (13 Million)
Taking into account last summer's outgoings of Nasri and Fabregas plus the wage gap left behind by the outgoings, I see this as viable, should Arsene decide this summer is going to be a big summer.

nvrI can't see Arshavin and Bendtner being sold for those amounts. Didn't Arshavin have a loan to buy agreement?
And another question, what's the most Arsene paid for a player?

ArsenalWell considering Zenit have money to spend and would want to bring back their hero permanently, I can see him being sold for around that amount and with Bendtner's form will most likely see him joining a bigger club than Sunderland and because of his age and being a full international, we might be able to get good money for him, although for both I see your point. and Arshavin was Arsene's most expensive signing at 15 million. However last summer and January there were whispers of Arsenal trying to break the record to get M'Vila and apparently there was a 25+ million bid for Gotze last summer too, I do think this will be a different summer in terms of bringing in a better standard of player.

ArsenalI think Arsenal's biggest problem (admitted by Arsene this season) is that he hasn't got a squad of players that can make a difference whether that be through injury or lack of quality, in midfield the only first team player we have not had available is Wilshere (Diaby, I feel wouldn't get into this midfield due to better players ahead of him). So I don't feel that having a couple of good quality players not necessarily on the bench, but competing for places ahead of the likes of Song, Vermaelen, RVP to an extent and others who know their places are cemented regardless of form. Last season Arsenal were in position to win 4 trophies but ended up with none due to a lack of quality in the whole squad, I don't remember Arsene ever having a full squad to his disposal in god knows how many years, no reason to think next year will be any different.
