TheNearPostI imagine it was something like this. Torres and Donovan both found space between lines, but Torres also played deeper at times, seemingly an instinct of his to try and help start attacks. This was actually kind of useful because it allowed Bradley and Jones the freedom to blaze forward, and left Torres and Edu a bit further back. Donovan was pretty much the attacking catalyst we expect. He hit his fair share of crosses but also drifted inside, sometimes to the opposite flank, and the same can be said for Torres.
