liomessi1324Here is my starting XI for Spain for Euro 2012.It was between this and switching Fabregas with Xavi and bringing in Busquets.I chose this because it is more attacking.Maybe for games against Germany,Portugal etc,we can start Busquets.

If one is dropped it will be Xavi.

mojojojo101Busquets was always going to start, the real choices in my opinion was between Torres vs. Fabregas, as well as Silva vs. Pedro.
Del Bosque has tried this set up before, the problem is it hasn't worked. He is trying to recreate the Barca false-9 system but what he's failed to realise is Fabregas=/=Messi, they are completely different players not to mention a false-9 just hasn't worked at international level.

This is what I'd play if Del Bosque wants to use a false-nine. You need atleast one winger who's willing to make off-the-ball runs, and who doesn't always go really close to the ball carrier. Using Silva & Iniesta one the wing makes for no width at all. I'd play Silva merely for his creativity, but Alba would have a job to do bombing up & down the LW.

@mojojo101 I agree,i think even though Torres finshing was poor he should of started because if he had gotten those chances throughout the whole game he would of scored.
@JimmyGuitarist Good lineup.If Del Bosque wants to wants to play without a striker this should definitely be the lineup.
