AkiakTHIS IS NOT AN ALL-STAR TEAM.

This is simply the best formation I could make using my favorite players. And my favorite formation: the 2-3-2-1-2.

nvrNever heard of Hidegkuti and Zebec. What were they like?

27.10.2012

AkiakTry googling them. Nandor Hidegkuti was a member of the Hungarian team of the 1950s which included Puskas, and is considered the first "false nine" of football. He would start out as a CF (shirt number 9), and then go back into the midfield, pulling the defender with him and creating space for the two inside forwards (in this case Tostao and Cruyff). Try watching England-Hungary 3-6 on YouTube.

Branko Zebec I know very little about, as the video footage is scarce, but he is described as a very versatile player who could play in any position on the field. I could've chosen a more well-known player to be my wing back, but honestly there wasn't anyone which I particularly liked.

nvrIt was meant to be a joke. Apparently, I am not very good at making jokes.

AkiakOops, well you know how hard it is to detect jokes on the Internet. ;)
