Drogba will undoubtedly replace Elmander for the remainder of this season, his form has not been good considering he's only scored 2 in 8.
Sneijder will play his favoured central playmaker role alongside Melo, who could either stay back like a DM or make occasional runs forward. This could look similiar to how benfica had been playing over the last couple seasons (4132)

Yilmaz is in very good form, and fans will also want to see Drogba play, he could easily replace Elmander.
Though you're right about Melo; Sneijder will probably take his place alongside Inan, and play in a sort of double pivot.

HumblebirthSneijder alongside İnan is not a good choice. It'll make defence weaker i guess. We needed a target man who can keep the ball and help team push higher up. Yılmaz can't do it. When Elmander and Bulut play, they are pressing high to defences and keeping deeper. They have better ball control than Yılmaz and can keep the ball. Yılmaz don't have such attributes. If you watch league matches of Gala, you can easily see it. He may have scored 6 goals in 6 games but I prefer Drogba in 4-4-1-1 or Elmander and Bulut instead of him in 4-4-2.

In case of 4-3-1-2 with Sneijder behind forwards, we need energic players with great stamina but we don't have them. So it would be wise to play 4-4-1-1 or 4-2-3-1(with Inan a little higher than the other CMF) with Drogba.
