NincePrinciples:

1. Defend 2/3 of the width of the pitch
2. Wide man engages an advancing full back
3. Full back (on same side) will look to engage the opposition wide player on the inside
4. Central players shuffle to the side of press, holding a central position
5. Opposite wide man 'tucks in' and does not advance beyond the ball
