Nince1. Defend 2/3 of the width of the pitch
2. Do not allow large gaps to emerge between lines, or between horizontally lined players
3. CB/CM are slightly deeper than the wide players
4. Wide players defend inside the opposition wide players, but do not advance beyond them until it becomes necessary to press higher.
5. Striker presses in front of the the opposition CB's. AM may also look to press higher when it becomes necessary.
