I know we're still missing the first half of the 2013/14 season to determine a real Onze D' Or, but this is pretty much it. All of the players play in Bayern Munich or Borussia Dortmund (UCL 2013 Finalists), except for Ronaldo (2013 UCL Top Scorer).

José Luis AyalaSorry to reply a little late. In my opinion, I think this wasn't Messi's year. He failed to his team in the Champions League against Bayern when they needed him the most. Lewandowski was placed as striker because he took Dortmund to the final.

José Luis AyalaVarane is a great player. However, he didn't play well in the first leg against Borussia Dortmund in the UCL semis. I think everyone should just give him some time so he can demonstrate more talent. Subotic did an amazing season, and played a great UCL Final. Btw, sorry for the late reply mono_manuelito

What if I told you Messi chickened out when he faced Bayern and got owned 7-0? At least Ronaldo fought until the end. There's no point in being the best if you're not going to help your team. Sure he broke many records but he should've fought harder until the last second. As a Madrid fan I would've enjoyed seeing Messi own Bayern in the second leg because I dislike Bayern. Don't get me wrong, Messi is possibly the best striker ever, but last year he lacked in some things. I'm sure he'll come back stronger!
