awsomebuddyChelsea and Manchester City will now be playing in the 6-pointer game that will take place this Saturday on 31st January at Stamford Bridge. The fans as well as the teams themselves are now looking forward for the biggest game of the season. The league leaders Chelsea face the second placed and last year’s champions Manchester City for a mouthwatering clash this week. Chelsea have 52 points compared to Manchester City’s 47 and this game could be a big one considering the fact that a victory for home side Chelsea would put them in a pole position to win the league as this would increase their lead at the top of the table to eight points. On the other side, a victory for Manchester City would bring them closer to Chelsea as they would reduce the deficit to just 2 points. But this would be a tough ask considering this season’s record for Chelsea at home in the Premier League. The league leaders’ record states- 10 games, 10 wins.
The game will witness some of the best players on the planet facing each other. What if we field one single team instead of two teams. A team that includes players from both the teams. This Manchester City-Chelsea combined starting line-up would certainly be a force to be reckoned with. This would bring the best players together in a single team. Such a team would certainly not be reality but it would excite both sets of fans excited.
Both teams play a 4-2-3-1 formation. We too choose the same formation for this special line-up.
