sp88... or Babel at left back ... or Pennant at right back (if at all) ... or Kuyt sitting in the crowd behind 1 of the corner flags (?) ... also, Gerrard and Torres look to be getting on a little too well here ;)

stunnedMe and Rafa are on the same wavelength, its the formation of the future Liverpool AFC. Our Jamie best defender in the world sitting as the sweeper, with Masch supporting both the Central and defensive midfeld duites. Pennant and Babel become the best attacking full backs in the world, Lucas and Xabi attacking from the centre of the park, with opposition defender kekking themselves, Keane in his natural left position, and Kuyt standing on the opposition touch line to outsmart the defense. Mr. Liverpool and Fernando strenghening their partnership by standing side by side with each other. Formation for the future, in Rafa we trust. 19-6

sp88What was that incident a few weeks back when a player was off the pitch behind the goal-line, walked back on and scored but couldn't be given offside because he wasn't on the field of play?
On reflection, Stunned, I have to salute you. It's a tactical master stroke! ;)
I'm not going to mention Mascherano, Pennant and Babel being hopelessly out of position, or Keane on his 'natural left position' (eh?) because it must be more tactical genius.
