Our strength lies with our wingbacks Keith and Lester. They are tactically disciplined and have the engine to move up and down the flanks. They are also technically gifted and like to make overlapping runs. Their crossing is excellent.
Biggest problem is the centerback positions as Marson is quite young and Angelo is more of a creative defensive midfielder than a centerback. However, both are intelligent on the ball and have good passing skills.
In midfield Kim's passing skills and positioning sense will stabilize the spine of the team while Jackie's non-stop running, shooting, and direct passes helps in the attack. Justin is a creative midfielder with excellent passing skills and can hold the ball well. He can drift in from the sides and bring in Rodney or Lester into the game. His finishing needs to be worked on.
Rodney is the extremely pacey, has fantastic dribbling skills, and likes to carry the ball out wide. This enables him to take on defenders although his crossing and finishing skills need polishing.
Ralph holds the ball well and is a good crosser of the ball. His tendency to drift inward opens up space for the wingback (Keith) to move into.
Due to the lack of a natural striker, Dan is converted from a winger into a forward position because of the quality of his touch, his movement, and eye for the goal. But because of his tendency to receive the ball from wide positions before moving inward, he will play in an off-centered forward position especially as Rodney's runs with the ball could pull defenders out of position allowing Dan to move into space.
