JoynertwI think henderson and Lucas will compete for the first team spot. Henderson has just as much energy as Lucas but a little better passer of the ball. Liverpool may still sign a left back but for now Johnson did a great job in that spot last season.

Downing and Suarez will interchange positions but Downing was better on the right for Villa last season then he was on the left, and Suarez looked very dangerous coming from the left side.

RFMHLucas had more completed tackles in the Prem than any other player last season. He should be first choice in midfield only those Liverpool fans watching highlights undervalue him.
