Lucas would have to provide cover if Enrique ran up, and I'm considering switching Downing and Kuyt to allow them both to shoot, but i fear their dribbling wouldn't be good enough to control with their weaker leg. nvrMaybe at a friendly against Accrington Stanley. A single center back would be ripped apart in about 5 minutes by any premier league team.

kopsterWhen they played against Chelsea last season when King Kenny took over that's just what they did though, and Drogba nor Torres could break it down. though our midfield wings were Kelly and Johnson, who had to run all the way back every now and then.

nvrI suppose you mean, they couldn't. I don't remember that particular game, but I reckon Liverpool didn't play that for a full 90 min. I'd guess Dalglish probably saw how ineffective Torres and Drogba and gambled with just Carragher at CB.
