Janne HFLOP`s: 1. Bosingwa definetly the worst player of the season this far. He is so bad in defence, we have lost several games because his mistakes. He is lazy when playing our own half and he looses most of his tackles and headers. He is rated high (not in my eyes) cause his attacking skills but if u ask me he cant pass the ball he cant send good crosses so how can someone rate his attacking skills high?!? Please Roman Get rid of him...FAST!
2. A.Cole, dont get me wrong he is not bad player but i want that you see that he has not played in his normal level. His been far from his best this season and i want to see Bertrand replacing him. He needs some competition in his place. I think thats the only way we could get the best out of him.
3. Malouda hasnt been nothing close to his best. He has lost his confidense and his been so shaky with the ball. He has 14appearances and only 1Goal, that is not enough. I feel that we could use Meireles in his place, we have seen Meireles playing in centre and i think its not the best place for him. Maybe a little competition between these two would be good for both.
4. Torres, his been a FLOP only infront of goal. We need him to SCORE! I think his been good in creative and good with his passing skills. Our team hasnt helped him enough and i think we need better performance from our middfield if we want to see the best of him.
5. AVB our manager, im loosing my confidens to him. I think that he really dont know his player enough. He cant see their strenght and weaknesses. Bosingwa exsample, AVB speaks a lot about solid defending. I think if he knows his players he would not use Bosingwa in starting XI. First of all defending is the worst part in Bosingwas skills. Second thing is that we have many strong defensive players in his place. I cant see any good reasons to keep Bos playing. Like i said we have lost many games cause Bos mistakes. Like today we had chance to play with Cahill, Iva, Luiz and Cole but no it was Bosingwa and i think we conseded the first goal just because of his mistakes. He has no vision he dont know his players and he dont have enough confidense to use our young players when oldies are strugling. What do you think, do we need to replace him? Are We going end up empty handed cause of him??
TOP`S: 1.Terry. His been great, if look his situation and his performances his been just great! His personal life is a big mess but we havent seen that in the field. He is a true pro and big leader. I think we can see from his performances that he is not guilty. He is solid when playing and i think He would not play like that if he is guilty as charged.
2. Sturridge, his been just amazing a star player. We need his speed, skills and goal. I really hope he keeps his form till the end.
3&4. Ramirez and Mata has been definetly two best players in our middfield. Ramirez with his runs and important goals. Like we have seen, we miss him alot right now cause his injured. Mata is playing very well, its not easy to come in england and start performing like he has done from day to day.
5. Romeu, just cant find the words. Young guy from Barcelona B and what a mature player! I didnt even thought that he would be in firstteam action but he has been in starting XI and playing in championsleague. Solid, cool and very strong defensive performances and straight from the first game he played.

chicarooneyI will have to agree about Boswinga he is a decent player but he is like Evra even though Evra is my favourite player in man Utd hes very good at going forward but in defence he is a bit dodgy.
Cole is a very good player with 5 assists this season he is no flop MAN.
Malouda has completly lost his form somehow he was great from 2009 to the end of last season now he is so lazy and cant be botherd.
Torres is playing very well, ever since his miss vs Man Utd he is afraid to miss is why he never shoots. He is playing too creative and nothing like what he was at Liverpool.
AVB is the most overrated manager of all time and is no Mourninho
Terry has been quite good this season despite his mess in his life. Hes a true pro and a great leader.
Sturridge has been a beast down the flanks this season his pace finishing and skills are incredible.
Ramires has been immense this season what a player last season he found it tough but he is top class now.
Mata is just like David Silva great talent passing and crossing is immense.
Romeu is the most suprising star this season when Chelsea signed him I didnt know who he was but has turned out to be one of Chelsea's best players this season.

julian3129NO WAY Romeu is one of the best player in Chelsea this season. He had a couple of good games but he's extremely slow and unatheletic as a defensive midfield and his incapability to perform in big games was highlighted when he came on as sub against Manu. He gave away the ball more times than he managed to pick up a pass. He is talented but theres a reason why barca didnt retain him.
Torres has actually been playing decent this season. He deserves a lot more credit. Of course as a striker hes well below bar, especially after his infamous misses in both games against Manu but he is the second best creater by some distance (after Mata). This is also exactly the reason why the whole chelsea team is struggling in front of goal this season. (only goals from set peices or from crosses from the flanks, there were barely any penatrating pass from the midfield)
Mata is by far the best player followed by Ramires then Cole & Terry & Ivanovic
