This was the team that defeated the favourites Brazil and went ahead to conquer Euro in the year 2000. This team had an overflow of talents that continued to amaze people around the world in different clubs. Zidane and Henry were the driving force of this team, with Thuram, Barthez, Lizarazu, Vieira, Pirès, everyone dazzling in with their brilliance. This was the best group of people ever assembled together by France, and the result just justified that only. The World Cup 1998 and Euro Cup 2000 was duly presented to the golden team of France.
Reserves include :- Laurent Blanc, Youri Djorkaeff, Sylvain Wiltord, Robert Pirès, Christian Karembeu and Christophe Dugarry.
