RedrebelFirst time using this arrow stuff. I have never seen a team use this formation before, but this can work. With this formation making passes is easy because as you can see, any player who has the ball has more options to pass because the whole team is spread up apart at different angles. Some of you are going to argue and cry about the back 3. But, what if the outside midfielders act like wing-backs? Than you got a back 5. Does that make any of you guys any happier?

theformationnerd123Hehe. So many moves, my head is spining.

Barcelona used to play 3-4-3 in 2006-07 when they change formation. They accualty play 4-3-3 but when they change. they change into 4-2-2-2 or 3-4-3 diamond.

Robert O'CarlosGlad to see this site has implemented my suggestion and added arrows to indicate the play.
:-D
Actually, I'm sure it was in the pipeline as it was.

Agent_LewisThis is one of my favorite formations. I personally like having 3 strikers up front as opposed to 1 striker and 2 wingers, but that's why we have left and right mids to make those crosses.

Redrebel3 Strikers!!!!!! If you play with pure strikers and you play with outside midfielders they are going to have to do a lot of running.

Agent_LewisI actually prefer today's strikers who can also cross and beat their marker with the dribble (Ibrahimovic comes to mind, for example).

RedrebelThat is what you call a winger.
