what do you think this formation , answer me(is it good or not?)

best coach 88this formation 4-1-4-1 for Fc chelsea.
this formation is very high effective and high pressure to shoot many goals, also these arrows means these players have attack(high pressure) and defense.
These tactics are excellent.
so is it good tactics answer me..... also formation good or not? answer me..
