FeriAtsI read somewhere that Arsene Wenger's training methods prolonged his player's football lives. It's true that Martin Keown, Tony Adams and Nigel Winterburn had long careers.
So how is Wenger's training methods different than others? What should a footballer do to have a long career? Are there any tips for older players in these methods?

ZolaYou see a pattern here don't you? Defenders last longer than others. You don't need much speed when you have all the experience when defending.

Yorkie has reinvented himself as an occasional deep lying midfielder.
