Ole Gunner1. Arsenal's game plan was to play Walcott in behind the Wolves defence. This they did again and again butfor various reasons this tactic didn't yield a goal.

2. Arsenal were not able to get Eduardo involved in play in the final 3rd of the pitch with enough regularity.

3. Denilson and Song were essentially doing the same thing; mopping up play. Against an gunadventurous Wolves side this was unnecessary. It must be what Wenger tried to correct by brining in a player with more forward thrust in Nasri.

4. Wolves played with just 1 upfront, and if the game had gone on for 6 years they most probably wouldn't have scored. This is the kind of game that the defenders had to be shrewd, joining attack as much as possible but with discretion.

5. The game plan of aerially bombarding Wolves finally worked in the 94th minute with Bendtner's brilliant header. Nick 'B52' Bendtner has already justified Wenger's faith in him. And with all these late goals one starts to wonder if Arsenal isn't destined to win the darn title.

nvrEduardo had enough chances in the box and should have really put in one. This game shouldn't really have turned into a horror movie.

Bendtner seems to be a Drogba in the making. Even with his current quality and form he gives few more tactical options in the attack.

Had Wenger not gambled with Fabregas and Gallas in the midweek, we could have been serious contenders for the title. I am not so sure without the captain.
